I mean, I've been told not to tell florists and caterers that it's for a wedding, that they automatically charge more. WHY?
Why when the word 'Wedding' is used, do things pertaining to the wedding cost more?
because people are greedy..they figure if it's for a wedding the bride will not mind paying for the best..it's a TOTAL rip off...
Reply:I've been working for a caterer for almost 4 years. The same event (menu, venue, count) will be literally four times as time consuming to plan, book and execute with a bride versus a corporate client. It isn't a matter of upselling, it's a matter of practicality. Report It

Reply:Wedding have become commercial. They figure you want it to go off perfectly no matter the cost so they can get away with ripping you off.
