Wedding flowers?

I am trying to think of spring wedding color combinations that are different. I really wanted coral and pink but I saw my cousing had those colors at her wedding last year we I refuse to be like her. I would love to try the new spring combination of lime green or (light green) with a light blue, the problem how am I going to find flowers with these colors. No I have not went to a florist yet, before I go I wanted to have a idea if anything like this exist, I didn't want to look stupid. Any florist or anyone who has conquered these colors help me out please

Wedding flowers?
There are plenty of blue and green flowers out there. Cymbidium Orchids can be lime green, Hydrangeas can be both blue or light green, roses too can be light green. There are tons of them, look online. Google the phrase blue flowers or green flowers and you will get a ton. Don't forget Google Images, then you can see what they look like.
Reply:I suggest visiting weddinglenox.com and post your request. Their matching system http://www.weddinglenox.com/f-membersign... will match you up with local vendors with pricing you specified. I tried it and have good result as I only recieved response from vendors according to my request.

One problem I had with my wedding is that it is hard to locate vendors in most website as most likely they group by states and there are too many of them that's too far from me and I have to look at each site to figure out.

The sites I provide above have a easy to use layout to show you pictures, pricing and location in one page plus, you can send out your inquiry for matching vendor to contact you. That save me lots of time to locate the best vendors with the right price.
Reply:Here are some blue %26amp; green flowers.... Also there are some flowers that are white %26amp; you can get them dyed any color you want by a florist. Another Idea would be a pink %26amp; turquoise wedding! Those are really pretty spring colors that go together so well! I hope this helps! Good Luck :)
Reply:I have not conquered them, whatever you mean by that, but have a look at these:

Reply:Go to the florist. They can actually color the flowers if you want. Or you can get little clutches of brightly colored wildflowers that are gorgeous.
Reply:We used four colours: light teal, lilac, yellow and pink - it was LOTS of fun to decorate. The girls' dresses were white, but had little sprigs of flowers in these colours all over the dress, looked liked watercolour painting. We had each girl have a different colour, eg. one girl had a pink wreath in her hair, and pink ribbons on her bouquet - she matched the groomsman who had a pink bowtie and cummerbund. It looked amazing!
Reply:Hydrangeas are gorgeous and you can get them to be this cool blue color to a white/green.

They are so beautiful and classy.
Reply:Green and blue are not contrasting colors, so everything may look too hue saturated. Blue and green are not an interesting color combination because they both come from blue.

This is just a humble advice. You can do whatever color combination you like.

Good luck
Reply:You will not look stupid. Florists expect you to use their expertise. Zjust tell them what color flowers you would like to see and they will show you the closest combinations. Also, you could look at flowers on any of dozens of websites to have some ideas prior to your visit. Good luck.
Reply:go with pink and orange!!!! thats what i did for my august o6' wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL!! i got tonnes of compliments!! If you have a different style than your cousin and a different venue it will be fine. Trust me, on your wedding day; do exacly what you love!!! go with all different shades of pink and orange. Replace the bulbs in areas of your reception (like the bathroom or bar area) with pink/orange lights... and if you go with these colors you can pick from a much broader variety of flowers. Good luck!!

-ps. as is probley obvious, i'm not crazy about the blue/green combo. I've seen it done and i dont think its near as nice. Trust me the flowers especially in these tones are awesome!!
