When to hire florist?
You have really done well if you are that far along. Congratulations!

I'd start looking for a florist now. Before you go, write down the colors etc. and what you want. Figure out a budget. Ask the church what they permit. Ask the venue for suggestions. Many times they work with a florist and might be able to get a discount for you.
Reply:Well tending a 3 year old is a full time job too!

Best Wishes! Report It

Reply:Now, is a perfect time! Bring a camera to take pics of any examples they might have, any swatch colors for your wedding, and a good friend or family member.

Reply:Do it NOW. Take picture of your dress and your ideas and get to work. I't never too early.
Reply:I would start seeking out florists now. Make a couple of appointments with different florists so that you can get a sense of what you like. Be sure to bring in a picture of your dress (if you have one) and a swatch of bridesmaids dress fabric (if you have that also). It will help pick the flower colors/style a lot easier.
Reply:Now. As you said, the sooner the better, for you and your florist.
Reply:You should hire all your vendors as soon as you can to ensure you get who you want and when. The later you wait, the harder it will be to get the florist you want. It doesn't cost any more to hire early. Usually just the dopsit, like everything else.

Good luck %26amp; congrats!
Reply:It's never too early, I book mine a year out and it worked out great because she let me set up a payment plan with her..... so 5 months out now and all my flowers are paid off!
Reply:You can definitly hire the florist now. If you have a popular date, the sooner the better. Most people hire me anywhere from 4-14 months before the big day.
