Want to get married in Staffordshire - any ideas?

I am currently planning my wedding and I am looking for a nice location in Staffordshire. I dont want anything too extravagant, but somewhere that is away from main roads etc and will make for a nice day. I have a budget up to approx £3000, but would like to do it as cheap as possible.

Also any good cake makes, florists, wedding dress companies etc etc. I'm starting from scratch but dont know where to start!

It's cheaper to go to Reno or Las Vegas and get hitched. Let the guests worry about the plane fares.

Reply:in Stafford shire there is a load of balloons in the sky i don't know where they fly from. why don't you see if you can find out about them and get Marri Ed in one of them it would be different and fun.
Reply:Hi, I am getting married in staffordshire in 6 weeks. I can give you a list of places and florists etc that I am using and none too expensive either!! We are haveing ours at the Eaton Lodge in Rugeley, it is about £3,000 for the reception for 100 guests and a decent buffet in the evening. If you want a smaller but more scenic place, weston hall in stafford is beautiful, I work there so know!! It is pricey but the grounds and settings are gorgeous so it would be worth keeping your guests for the reception to a minimum just to have that place!! Another is the Little Barrow Hotel in Lichfield. If you wanna contact me via this then I can help more and would love to. xxx
