What are types of flowers that are considered "fall"?

I am looking for medium orange, darker burgandy, and ivory flowers that are considered in season in the fall. They would be used for wedding bouquets. I'm not a fan of roses. The more unknown and unusual, the better.

A florist will be consulted when I have a better idea of what I want.

What are types of flowers that are considered "fall"?
Fall blooming plants include asters, dahlias, chrysanthemums, blue flowered Caryopteris, %26amp; colchicums that look like crocuses.

Blue statice and sunflowers are lovely but apricot statice and chocolate burgundy sunflowers would be stunning.

Or the orange pansy's, they have a fall like color to them also, and if this is for a wedding, you could even cook them/sugar coat them etc and spread them around, they are edible
