What price would you place to declare your love?

Just wondering if anyone has noticed this billboard along the Federal Highway, K.L. (just outside Angkasapuri) which has a happy newly-wed couple by the name of, "Janan %26amp; Zoe" with the groom's message of thanks.

Reportedly the groom spent a ridiculous sum of money to get his "message" across to his bride. The question here is... do you feel that the money was well-worth spent/ were the couple seeking attention?

And not too long ago, a florist received a giant heart shaped out of 999 roses from her beau on Valentine's! (if I'm not mistaken)

Are these "gestures" of romance overrated/ romantic/ a waste of money/ time?

What price would you place to declare your love?
Respect and appreciate your partner would definitely cost more than anything else! this way of showing love is stupid and waste of money even if you are that rich. love is worthless and unconditional, willing to sacrifice[not sacrifice money] and all out to protect and care for your love one !
Reply:i like to be humble and keep thing simple..and secret
Reply:No do they have one in New York
Reply:Spending such large amounts of money on romance is not foolish...many people who live without love would rather spend their money on romance than a new porsche or what not. A gift of 999 roses is not as expensive as you may have imagined either. It may cost a few hundred dollars that's all. I think its cute to go overboard for someone you plan on keeping.
Reply:you know i probably would have thought that kind of stuff did equal love before i had my daughter. but now that i have her i realize i never knew what love was. and now i know there is no amount of money that could declare what love means to me..and that goes for my love for husband too.
