I am getting married in October this year and our colors are black and white; very elegant affair. I cannot seem to find any "wow" centerpieces so far. I am looking to have an all white centerpiece with a tall, clear square vase with an orchid stem inside of the glass. I will be having black table and chair covers with a white sash around each chair. I think an all white centerpiece will look great, but I can seem to find a great picture to bring to my florist.
Wedding Centerpieces?
What about some of these:

Reply:How about this it has just enough green to keep it from being boring.

Reply:If you place this vase on a mirror with candles around it... that would be elegant.. the flame reflects on the candle.
Something like this with the flower in it will be pretty:

Reply:I think a color like Red or Pink would be more wow than white with all black and white. I had black table cloths with vases og pink tulips at my spring wedding and it was magnificent.
Reply:i am not sure if you would go for something like this, but it is a unique idea:

Reply:White calla lilies in the clear square vases would be stunning. Try this:

Calla lillies also come in other colors
Reply:These were two of the centerpieces I had for my wedding.
Hope they give you some ideas.
Reply:Your idea sounds like you have things covered.
Why not make a sample to bring to the florist for her to work off of. ? .? A miniature scale model. You can get all the supplies needed at a craft store for cheep.
Reply:Here are a few ideas for you. I've tried to include only white orchids, but some of them have color-- however, if you see a display you really like and show the picture to your florist and ask her to do it with a white orchid, it shouldn't be a problem.

Reply:It's not that hard to picture. I'm sure the florist will know what you mean. So, like below except with white orchids and a taller vase?
