Where can I find a good florist in the Metro Detroit area? Wedding is May 24th?
I find that in the Detroit Area most people use Thrify Florist (I'm in Garden City myself)..%26gt;WARNING--you will easily spend over $150 on your bouquet alone! Think Silk!

shop around. visit several stores to see what they offer and at what cost. don't be afraid to say well i can get x here for y can you beat that?
if you have bouquets picked out already bring the picutures and get quotes for them.
also shop at flower markets if you want to diy
not sure about detroit but here in delaware there are several grocery stores that have floral dpts. they are really not expensive and do nice work. granted they can't get every type of flower you can at a florist shop but for your basic flowers they can save you a good deal of money.
post on craigslist too.
you can ask for recommendations and some business advertise in the services area.
that's how i found my photographer - by posting a want ad in the services area ($250 for 6 hrs yeah baby!)
